Groundhog Day Celebration

When: February 1, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

Admission: Free

Bring the family out to the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden to find out whether we will have a longer winter, or early spring. The afternoon will be filled with fun for the whole family, and after we find out what the groundhog predicts, the children will be able to make a little critter out of recycled materials.

 

Disney On Ice: Princesses & Heroes

When: February 5-9, Wednesday-Friday 7:00 pm, Saturday 11:00 am, 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am and 3:00 pm

Admission: $16 – $51

Bring out the kids for an afternoon they surely won’t forget. Not only will it be a great show for them, but you will enjoy it as well. Your favorite Disney characters of all time will be brought to life on the ice at Nationwide Arena.

 

Columbus Jazz Orchestra: Don’t You Forget About Me: Molly Ringwald Sings the Great American Songbook

When: February 6-9, Thursday 7:30-9:30 pm, Friday-Saturday 8:00-10:00 pm, Sunday 3:00-5:00 pm

Admission: $10 – $52

Head out to the Southern Theatre for a classic performance of music from the one and only, Molly Ringwald. She has beautifully crafted a carefully chosen selection of jazz standards which she caps off with her take on The Breakfast Club classic, Don’t You (Forget About Me).

 

New Albany Symphony: Let’s Go to the Movies!

When: February 9, 3:00-5:00 pm

Admission: $9 – $18

Make your way out to the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts for a romantic evening of some of the most musically memorable moments featuring hits from Superman, Harry Potter, The Wizard of Oz, Lord of the Rings, Sound of Music, Schindler’s List and more.

 

Valentine’s Day at the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden

When: February 14, 5:30-10:00 pm

Admission: $15

Bring your significant other out to the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden for a Valentine’s date on the most romantic evening of the year. Enjoy live entertainment and a special menu, the cost to attend includes wine/liqueur and chocolate pairings.
